Yeah, I can def agree with that. As for polytheism I guess the different denominations of Christianity could be that perception or the extreme Catholicism, Jahova’s Witnesses or Mormons could invoke that perception, but aside from minor variations, Christianity is generally the same unified core belief.
 
Hit a quick news briefing and I guess there were threats (nyc?) to temples. That’s the kind of shit that’s just wrong and THAT is true anti-Semitism. Protesting against what Israel as a nation is doing in the Gaza Strip is a government thing, not (at least IMO) a Judaism thing even if the leaders executing it see it differently in secret.Now if Rabbis and Jews as a religious collective whole are supporting human atrocities ti Palestinian people, that would be different but is better countered with protests, but that’s not the case, except for maybe a small number of Jewish Israeli radicalists. But you get radicalists in any religion, especially in cults. It’s easier to paint a stance or disagreement with an eager pointing finger and a broad brush I guess.

I absolutely believe in 1st Amendment rights. Curtailing students’ thoughts is wrong and to limit their rights to personal opinion d preference, right or wrong socially, if there is no evidence of violence is wrong. Speaker Johnson is asking Columbia university res to step down because she ‘Can’t effectively control her campus’ a few days after he was booed off stage. That right thar is called hypocrisy. I’m no-party fgilayed which means I can bitch about my one in politics regardless of party affiliation. Both sides are fuckups but identify a ittle more right side than left. Not leaps and bounds but more than 50%. Except for the Prez ne I’m trying behind Trump and honestly why I’m so polarized on his side now I all of the BS the federal govt has brought on to make asses of themselves. This has kind of become like citizen against The System. Why probably seemed like a good Dem strategy to put him out of the scene once and for all has backfired so exquisitely. That’s the Libertarian leanings of Seeker digging that.

One of the most uncool things I saw today is Cory Mills filing impeachment documentation against Biden for withholding weapons shipment to Israel recently approved in the big money giveaway resolution. This weaponizing of policies just needs to stop. It’s pathetic. Once Trump is back in office most of it should subside.
 
So the UN general assembly voted to recognize Palestine as an oversee state in the UN and I believe that was a good move. US voted against it but I guess couldn’t or didn’t veto it, since it wasn’t a religion to induct them as a full member. Israel is our ally I get and support that but they are just royally fucking up their global reputation as anti-Arab right now and the US is foolishly being their bitch. China and Russia both called us out on that (no surprise there) but rightfully so. We need better negotiators with balls. Ukraine can be negotiated to a non-war solution. It may not be ideal but I believe it can be. Taiwan is on the horizon and thank God China is still showing restraint there. Gaza is a human atrocity. The world is like the NFL playoffs of world conflict. Hope things don’t escalate to a Super Bowl.
 
DeSantis is giving a press briefing on Israel and anti-Israel protesters on campuses atm. He is our Florida Gov. and I like him. He has drained some proverbial swamps in Florida politics, especially School Boards, specifically Broward County School Board. He’s not defending Netanyahu’s war drive per se but he’s more trying to deter and deflect some anti-Israel rhetoric which in some areas (probably more than just some) is morphing into anti-Semitism. He is a gifted speaker imo and is doing well at the podium.
