Hi folks,

Many of you have told me that you love HomeRecording.com and want to help it survive in this post-dot-com world, but don't have extra money to donate or anything like that, so what can they do?

I've found a way to generate traffic for the site, and it won't cost you a penny or inconvenience you a whole lot, either. Here's how it works:

1. Go to http://www.startblaze.com/cgi-bin/intro.cgi?56531

2. Go to the bottom of that page and press the button saying something like "I've heard enough, just sign me up".

3. Sign up...it's nothing but a first name, last name, email, and you can opt-out of their newsletter.

4. Set your home page to the address they give you. If you're using a recent version of IE, you just click the button and it does it for you.

5. Set the Target URL to http://homerecording.com

6. Thanks!

That's all! Now what happens is that whenever you start your browser, you'll load a random page from one of the StartBlaze members. Once that happens (assuming you're not interested in whatever's on that page), you can click off to whatever page you want, like always. Every time you do this, HomeRecording.com gets a credit towards our home page being displayed in someone's browser...and that gets us noticed by more and more people. OK, so there's no money involved, but every bit helps -)

And feel free to tell your friends.

Thanks in advance,
Dragon

P.S. If a browser window is opened automatically by JavaScript from a page, it won't go to that page or generate us any credits, but it won't slow your surfing down either.
