What is HomeRecording.Comp Volume 1?

A few years ago a group of us HomeRec'ers got together and decided it would be pretty cool to start a compilation CD project. Well, just about everything that could go wrong did go wrong, but three years later HomeRecording.Comp Volume 1 is finally finished!

Does it sound pretty good?

Yes and no. This compilation was not mastered. Tracks are exactly as they were submitted. Some tracks, like mine, really suck hard! Other tracks, like Brad's infamous Wigga G.O.M.M. are absolutely killer! You shouldn't look at this compilation in terms of how many songs you'll like. You should look at it in terms of being an active, supporting member of this community...if that's how you think, you'll enjoy it for sure.

We do now!!!

How much will shipping be? How do you ship?

Usually $2 inside the US and up to $6 outside the US. It really depends on where you are. I ship only USPS First Class or Airmail because it's the cheapest.

How does this CD look? Is it homeade? CDR?

The CD's are CDR, yes, but they were professionaly duped and printed. The jackets and tray liners were all HAND MADE by myself, but they look pretty good...this is homerecording afterall.

Anything special about this volume?

Yes, these are enhanced CD's with multimedia content (and a couple hidden treats!). They are also individually numbered! Only 75 sets were made!

Will the enhanced content work on any platform?

Originally that was the plan, but no, the enhanced content will only be availble to those on PC's running Internet Explorer 5+.

Will there be more of these Compilation CD projects?

Yes. In fact the submission deadline for Volume II is May 1, 2003.
